Delivery options
Prescription lenses are cut to order in our own lab, which is why they take a little longer. You'll receive tracking the moment your order is dispatched.
Home try-on
Choose up to four frames and try them at home for 14 days, completely free. We place a temporary hold on your card and only charge you for the pair — or pairs — you keep.
Return the rest in the prepaid box within 14 days. There's nothing to pay for anything you send back.
Returns & refunds
Non-prescription frames and accessories can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided they're in original condition with the case and cloth.
Start a return from your account under Orders, or contact our care team. Refunds are processed within five working days of us receiving your return.
Prescription remakes
Made-to-order lenses can't be resold, so they're non-returnable by default — but our fit guarantee has you covered. If anything feels off, get in touch within 30 days and we'll put it right.
International orders
We ship across Hong Kong, mainland China, Japan and the US. Duties and taxes for cross-border orders are calculated and paid at checkout, so there are no surprises on delivery. International delivery times vary from 4–10 working days depending on destination.
